Maple Autism Services provides in-home ABA programming, parent coaching, school consultation, virtual psychotherapy, and related supports to families across Ontario. We are the organization responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We only collect what we need to deliver care and to respond to you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
We use the information you provide to schedule and deliver services, to communicate with you about your child's program, to meet our professional and legal obligations, and to improve the support we offer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Personal and clinical information is stored securely and is accessible only to team members who need it to do their work. Our clinicians follow the confidentiality requirements of their regulatory colleges and applicable Ontario and Canadian privacy law, including PHIPA and PIPEDA.
We share information only with your consent, or where we are required or permitted to by law. With your permission, that may include coordinating with your child's school, physician, or other members of their care team.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and clinical record-keeping requirements. We will respond to your request as quickly as we reasonably can.
